Chief Lending Officer
Joshua began his credit union career as a part-time teller, shortly after graduating from high school in 1999. From 2002 to 2004, he had the opportunity to live in Quebec, which allowed him to gain invaluable insight into other cultures, and to become completely fluent in the French language. Upon returning to the United States, Joshua began attending LSU, graduating in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree. After graduation, he obtained his Mortgage Loan Originator license and worked for a Louisiana mortgage broker before rejoining the credit union world with BRECO Federal Credit Union in 2010. During his tenure with BRECO, Joshua served in positions such as MSR, Loan Officer, Mortgage Originator, Marketing Rep., Business Development Officer, and Branch Manager. He joined the Shell Geismar Federal Credit Union team in May 2013 and is excited about being a part of the credit union’s growth.
